On Homecoming Saturday, the Patty’s visited Olentangy Braves Stadium for a 1:00PM match vs. OHS to conclude the regular season. Despite Liberty’s significant shot and possession advantage, the Braves showed up motivated and battled to defend their home turf, with the match resulting in a 3-3 draw.

Goals for Liberty were scored by Julia Bruno (2) and Natalie Flahive (1). Assists were delivered one each by Flahive, Bruno and Sarina Dirrig. The goals by Flahive and Bruno take their season totals to 17 and 11, respectively, and the duo have also combined for 16 assists.  The regular season concludes with an overall record of 9-2-5, a conference record of 4-2-1 for 3rd in OCC Central behind District #3 Davidson (5-1-1) and District #1/State#3 Coffman (6-0-1).

The Patriots will regroup and prepare for post-season, with the first match this Thursday October 17th @ 7:00PM in Patriots Stadium where the #4 seed Patriots will face Logan High School in a second round match.

IN the JVA match, the Patriots were handed their only loss of the season by the Braves, concluding the season with a record of 12-1-2.
