October 25, 2016The Pattys faced Franklin Heights in a 2nd Round OHSAA Playoff matchup on Tuesday at Patriots Stadium and advanced to the District Semifinal with a 13-0 win. Every player who was available for action saw considerable playing time, and Sheila Colbert, Madeline McKain and Emma Koshan all recorded their first goals of the season. The balance of the scoring came from Abby Jones (4), Abby Townsend (2), Sarina Dirrig, Sophie Fallieras, Madison Rapier and Emma Lindsey.
Assists were contributed by Natalie Amodeo (2), Lyndsey Kijowski, Ellie Bambeck (2), Sophie Fallieras, Abby Townsend, Madison Rapier, Sheila Colbert, Abby Jones and Sarina Dirrig.
Emma Campbell and Grace Poncsak split time in goal and did not face a shot.
Next up is the District Semifinal vs. New Albany on Tuesday, October 25th at 7:00PM at Patriots Stadium.
