On Thursday night, the Patty’s traveled to Hilliard Bradley for a non-conference match with the #10 District ranked Jaguars, who entered the match with a record of 6-3-1.

The match featured strong efforts from both teams defensive units, with both teams’ back lines limiting the opponents scoring opportunities. Miranda Kuhns turned in an outstanding effort in goal registering five saves, also commanding the goal box and defusing the Hilliard Bradley attack.  The match was very physical, in the first half Bradley controlled possession and the advantage in winning 50/50 challenges. The Patriots rallied in the second half and improved in both possession and ball winning, but could not find the back of the net. Liberty remains undefeated at 8-0-4 and now turns their attention to next Tuesday and Senior Night where they will face #1 District ranked, #3 State ranked Dublin Coffman in a match that has Conference Championship implications.  The match will be student athlete night with any student athlete gaining entry for free. Let’s pack the stands for the Patty’s!

In the JVA match, Hailey Pickelheimer scored all three goals in a 3-1 win.  JVA remains undefeated after 11 matches, with a record of 9-0-2.
