Junior Forward Abby Townsend’s breakout season in 2016 has been recognized by the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association with 2nd Team All-State honors, and by ThisWeek News as a member of their annual Super 12 squad.
Townsend led the Pattys in both goals (21) and assists (8), helping lead Liberty to their 3rd consecutive District Championship and third straight appearance in the state tournament’s final 16. In her 2015 sophomore season, Townsend tallied 3 goals and 1 assist.
